I just got gamespy arcade and my new comp. I am officially the newest multiplayer member. Expect to see me playing.

The thing is, my gamespy arcade don't work anymore for some bogus reason, there is a missing file. I gotta download it again...

What's gamespy arcade? Do I need that in order to get into multiplayer games? Because everytime I try to ger into a game, it says that there aren't any lobbies available. So if you could help me out and answer me, I'd appreciate it.
